Welcome to Mola Stores. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or purchasing from https://molastores.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.

3. Products & Availability

We aim to display product details, colors, and materials as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting and are not considered defects. Product availability may change at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed using the available methods shown at checkout. If Cash on Delivery is available, it applies within the UAE only.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees, delivery areas, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery delays may occur due to courier operations, holidays, or conditions outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Mola Stores will cover return shipping or provide a replacement/refund.

    Items that are used, stained, damaged, or missing tags may not be accepted. For details, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Order Cancellation

We may cancel orders in cases such as out-of-stock items, failed payments, suspected fraud, or incorrect contact/shipping information. If payment was made, a refund will be issued.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website and placing orders, you agree to our data practices, including cookies and tracking technologies.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

1. المقدمة

2. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمر العميل 18 سنة أو أكثر، أو أن يتم الشراء بموافقة ولي الأمر.

3. المنتجات والتوافر

نعرض تفاصيل المنتجات والألوان والخامات بأعلى دقة ممكنة. قد يحدث اختلاف بسيط بسبب إعدادات الشاشة أو الإضاءة ولا يُعد ذلك عيبًا. قد تتغير حالة التوفر دون إشعار مسبق.

4. الأسعار وطرق الدفع

الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت. يجب إتمام الدفع عبر الوسائل المتاحة في صفحة الدفع. الدفع عند الاستلام إن توفر يكون داخل الإمارات فقط.

5. الشحن والتوصيل

رسوم الشحن ومناطق التغطية والمدة المتوقعة للتوصيل تظهر أثناء إتمام الطلب و/أو في سياسة الشحن. قد تحدث تأخيرات خارجة عن إرادتنا بسبب شركات الشحن أو العطل الرسمية أو ظروف أخرى.

6. الإرجاع والاسترداد

نقبل الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وبحالتها الأصلية مع التغليف.

  • في حال الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي: يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

  • في حال وجود عيب أو إرسال منتج غير صحيح: تتحمل مولا ستورز تكلفة شحن الإرجاع أو توفر استبدال/استرداد.

    قد لا يتم قبول المنتجات المستخدمة أو المتسخة أو المتضررة أو المفقودة للبطاقة التعريفية. للتفاصيل راجع سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد.

7. إلغاء الطلب

قد نقوم بإلغاء الطلب في حالات مثل نفاد المخزون، فشل الدفع، الاشتباه في الاحتيال، أو إدخال بيانات شحن/اتصال غير صحيحة. وفي حال تم الدفع سيتم رد المبلغ.

8. الخصوصية

يتم جمع واستخدام البيانات الشخصية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية. باستخدامك للموقع وإتمام الطلبات فإنك توافق على ممارساتنا المتعلقة بالبيانات بما في ذلك ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتقنيات التتبع.

9. حساب المستخدم

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعن أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأي نزاعات يتم النظر فيها عبر محاكم الإمارات.
